Air Travel:
Business Class Return Airfare for Gaia and/or Warren from London,UK.
Flights to be booked around 2 months before the wedding.
Hotel Stay:
Client to cover hotel stay ( 1 room ) at a local hotel, ideally close to the venue, with an average cost of
$750 USD per night (£580 GBP / €690 EUR).
Transportation:
Rental SUV or taxi for the entire duration.
Client can choose to book directly or have us book and reimburse.
NOTE:
We always arrive a day before and leave a day after the wedding events to avoid any cancellations or delays.

What you see above is what you pay—no other hidden fees or VAT. We uphold the highest standards of ultra-luxury and transparency.

While the term "photography team" might sound extensive, we blend in seamlessly are are super discreet yet have a presence when needed. Our drone and group photo specialists will be on-site only during the specific times their shots are scheduled. Gaia and her assistant, along with Warren will be the only crew present throughout the entire event.

We uphold a commitment to transparency and security, with each arrangement complemented by a signed legal contract for our mutual peace of mind. In all cases, payments are to be fully completed before 30 days of wedding date.

Gaia puts great care into editing each photo to ensure the highest quality. She understands that clients may need images sooner for press releases. If required, previews can be provided upon request and included in the contract

Majority of your photos will be in colour, followed by some artistic B&W ones and a few images edited to mimic an analogue vintage film aesthetic. (If you prefer majority in BW, let us know) Please note that the analogue edit is a digital edit—Gaia's professional editing skills are adept at recreating the timeless look of analogue film. However, if you prefer genuine film photography, you can opt for an analogue photographer from our à la carte options.

Gaia Soleil is a fully insured photographer for up to 2million. If your venue requires any insurance proof etc please let us know as early as possible, no later than one month prior to event.
